Cresa Rick Pearson is a 30-year commercial real estate veteran who represents tenants. A principal of Cresa, Pearson believes that the commercial real estate industry is built to help property owners but doesn’t do a good job helping the tenants. In additional to helping tenants negotiate leases, he helps his clients with the tenant improvements, purchasing furniture, hiring project team members and space utilization. Pearson, who works with wife Lindy in Woodland Hills, is a second-generation San Fernando Valley native and has served on several Valley-area nonprofit boards and is chair of the Child and Family Guidance Center. ALMA MATER: California State University – Northridge. BEST ADVICE: Start building your network in your 30s. BUCKET LIST: An RV trip to the Northwest (Yellowstone, etc.). In the summer, of course.
