Hope of the Valley Ken Craft is chief executive of the Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission, which he founded in 2009 to prevent, reduce and eliminate poverty, hunger and homelessness in the San Fernando Valley. Over the last year, he has overseen the development of multiple tiny home communities and resource centers in the San Fernando Valley to further that goal. He oversees a staff of more than 230 people who manage housing operations, provide social services, and operate five thrift stores. Under his leadership, the organization has grown into a major provider of housing and services with an annual budget of over $20 million.
