Bob Blumenfield has represented the the San Fernando Valley since 2008, first as a state assembly member until 2013 and then as a Los Angeles City Councilmember for the 3rd district since that year. Since then, in addition to the work he’s done to help residents, local businesses and nonprofits get through the COVID-19 pandemic, Blumenfield said he’s proud of his redevelopment initiatives to transform the Valley’s arts and entertainment landscape, Reseda Rising and the Canoga Park Cultural Arts Hub. ALMA MATER: Duke University and attended postgraduate programs at UCLA and USC.
