Steven Dorfman Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at California Lutheran University Michael Panesis is the executive director of the Steven Dorfman Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at California Lutheran University, teaching innovation and entrepreneurship in the undergraduate, MBA and Executive MBA in Europe programs. Panesis is a startup community leader in the Conejo Valley and Ventura County where he leads the operation of Hub101, Cal Lutheran’s community coworking space that serves as an incubator for tech companies. An experienced angel investor, he is a founding member of the Santa Barbara Angel Alliance. Panesis serves on the steering committee of the Ventura County Greek Festival. Panesis recently became CLU’s Steven Dorfman Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurship, an endowed position created in January. ALMA MATER: Rutgers University BEST ADVICE: Do anything, be anyone!
